Diesel / Heavy Equipment Technician

HANDS-ON WORK DIAGNOSING AND REPAIRING CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT.

Diesel Mechanics are at the center of keeping machines working in the shop and in the field. This role is suited for people who enjoy hands-on technical work, troubleshooting, and working on a wide variety of equipment. With manufacturer training and growth opportunities, Monroe Tractor positions this path as a long-term career, not just a job.
